Tight Raw Material Resources, Indefinite Uplift of Tungsten Prices

Under the influence of supply side, the recent domestic tungsten concentrate prices constantly have a slight growth Cemented Carbide Inserts trend. 

The Ganzhou tungsten association and major tungsten enterprises lower the price slightly, showing clear the purpose to stabilize the industry. In July, Jiangxi tungsten wolframite concentrate quotation is RMB 81,500/ton, reducing RMB 1,000/ton compared to last month. In the first half of July, the price of tungsten worfremite long –term order that Zhangyuan tungsten industry offered is RMB 81,500/ton, increasing RMB 500/ton compared with the previous round. Scheelite Concentrate quotation is RMB 80,000/ton, increasing RMB 500/ton compared with the previous round. Ammonium paratungstate price is RMB 125,000/ton,and equals that of the last round. Ganzhou tungsten association July forecasted an average worfremite price Cemented Tungsten Carbide of RMB 81,500/ton, reducing RMB 1,000/ton compare to the last month. APT quotation is RMB 12.5/ton, reducing RMB 1,000/ton compared with the last month. And medium grain tungsten powder quotation is RMB 200/kg, reducing RMB 5/kg compared to that of the last month. In addition, Wikipedia information data shows that since 2017, tungsten concentrate, ammonium paratungstate prices increased by 12%-15%.
